Chulu Far East Peak Climbing is a least explored and isolated expedition, perfect for anyone seeking the opportunity to explore the unexplored part of beautiful Nepal. The trek is most suitable all the nature lovers who wants to travel in the least commercialized and explored places and enjoy the depth of nature to its very core. The trek goes through many charming villages that have its own uniqueness in their customs and traditions. The foods and local beverages of the region are also the things to look out for. The mountainous views of Nepal are always the most appreciated through the climbers. Our guides and porters will lead your way and help you with all your needs while you only have to focus on keeping yourself fit and entertained.
Before beginning the Chulu East Peak Climbing, climbers must be in good physical condition because the altitude will exceed as high as 6000 meters. All travelers are advised to engage in some basic physical activity three to four months before embarking on this wonderful journey. All hikers are advised to bring some basic trekking equipment with them for their personal comfort. Even though there may be some challenges along the way, the journey will be worthwhile as you sample the traditional cuisine and drinks from the region and take in the breathtaking scenery. Before you begin the trek, we will obtain the TIMS permission, NMA permit and the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) permit for you.
After a short visit of some of the major UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu, the trek begins with a spectacular drive to Chame, one of the top touristic attractions of Nepal. We head to Lower Pisang to stay for the night with a belly full of local foods and beverages. We embark to beautiful Tadapani the next day, which will be around 5 to 6 hours of walk. We reach Humde the next day while enjoying the best scenery in the region. The following day we reach Juju Khola. Then we head to Chulu Far East Base Camp and move forward to summit for next few days. The next day we descend to Humdi and stay at a welcoming home enjoying best foods and beverages and move down to Chame the next day. The last day we take a stunning drive back to Kathmandu which marks the end to our spectacular Chulu Far East Peak Climbing.

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by our airport representative and transferred to your 3-star level hotel in a private tourist vehicle. You will spend the night at the hotel and enjoy dinner.
Kathmandu city tour, then trip preparation
After having morning breakfast we’ll go to have a short sightseeing of major UNESCO listed world heritage sites in Kathmandu. Then we’ll have a short briefing session and you can start preparing for the trek.
Drive from Kathmandu to Chame (2,710m/8,892ft) - 9 to 10 hours
We head to Chame early in the morning via our private vehicle. You’ll be able to enjoy many beautiful sceneries along the way and as you reach Chame you’ll be transferred to a local lodge. You can take a walk along streets of Chame in the evening.
Trek from Chame to Lower Pisang (3,060m/10,039ft) 5-6 hours
After having a delicious breakfast we move on to Lower Pisang. We pass small waterfalls and small crooks along the way and stay at Lower Pisang for the night.
Trek from Pisang to Humde Village (3,330m/10,926ft) - 3 to 4 hours
Today, the trek ascends to Humde Village, a beautiful stopover destination. You can try local beverages before sleeping and have a good night’s sleep.
Trek from Humde to Julu Khola (3,500m/11,484ft) - 3 to 4 hours
Today, we start from Humde and head to Juju Khola. We pass many creeks crooks and waterfalls along the way, while we reach Juju to stay for the night.
Acclimatization and Rest Day at Julu Khola
We take today as a rest day to acclimatize our body to the altitude.
Trek from Julu Khola to Chulu East Base Camp (5,000m/16,405ft) - 5 to 6 hours
Today we head to Base Camp and stay at our comfortable camp. Our staff will prepare meals for you while you enjoy the scenery and take on the vibes.
Acclimatization Day at Chulu East Base Camp and pre-climbing training (5,000m/16,405ft)
Today we train for our climb. You’ll be trained by our experts to climb the mountains and to use the basic climbing gear.
Climb from Base Camp to Chulu East High Camp (5,500m/18,046ft) - 3 to 4 hours
Today we head on to the high camp. The trek will be tough in the higher altitude, so we take it slow and steady.
High Camp to Chulu East Peak Summit (6059m/19,880ft and back to Base Camp - 9 to 10 hours
Today is the grand day, that’s worth all the hardships. We reach the summit and enjoy the great moment. After you finish taking pictures and enjoying the moments we hike down to the base camp.
Contingency day
It is standard for any expeditions to take some days as a contingency. We can be never completely sure about the weather and climate in the mountains so these days are a must for the success of our climbing.
Descend from Chulu East Base Camp to Humde Village (3,330m/10,926ft) - 6 to 7 hours
Today, the trek will descend back to Humde Village, a beautiful stopover destination. You can try local beverages before sleeping and have a good night’s sleep.
Trek from Humde Village to Chame (2,710m/8,892ft) - 7 to 8 hours
We head back to Chame in the same way before. Enjoy the walk and your day while it lasts because today’s the last day in Chame as we’ll be getting back to Kathmandu tomorrow.
Drive from Chame to Kathmandu (1,400m/ 4,593ft) - 9 to 10 hours
Today we drive back to Kathmandu in the same way as before. You’ll be transferred to a cozy Hotel and you can go shopping for souvenirs in the evening. Today marks the end of this beautiful journey as you’ll be heading back to your home tomorrow.
Departure day
Today is the final day of your climb, and we prepare for our departure. We provide transportation to drop you off at the Tribhuvan International Airport. We exchange final farewells and hope to see each other again in the future. We wish you a pleasant journey and a safe flight!!!.
